If you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your product, stating your order number and the reason for return to hello@flipandflow.co

We will give you instructions for returning the item(s) after review, and can offer a refund if the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.  

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for the postage of returns within the timeframe specified.  We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  

Faulty Product

We endeavour to uphold the quality of our products, and to ensure they get to you in their best condition! 

However, if there has been any damage in transit, or a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us within 3 working days, with photographic evidence, via email hello@flipandflow.co.   

UK Shipping 

As a small business based in the UK, we aim to process your order within 48 hours, and dispatch via Royal Mail 1st Class service, so you should have it within 5 working days.
